It looks as if Epic Games has a monumental change coming up for Fortnite. As season 10 looks to be wrapping up on October 13th, the team seems to be gearing towards expanding upon the universally successful battle royale game moving forward. As its primary competition, Respawn's Apex Legends launched a new map and saw an increase in players, as well as many returning to it, now would be a good time to provide something fresh for Fortnite to keep players interested. 

The image and bits of the trailer were leaked on Apple's Italian appstore. The leaked image was taken down, and spokespeople from Epic and Apple chose to not speak about the speculation. Fans have recorded bits of the leaked info and are dissecting the information provided to piece together what Epic's vision for a potential new or expanded map to be added to the game. More details will certainly follow, and while I believe leaks and data mining are deliberate acts designed to drip bits of new out in efforts to keep the populace talking, it's certainly becoming an effective tool for ensuring a products stays on the tips of people's tongues.
