Continuing our Gamescom announcement train, we have Overwatch. 

Blizzard released two new pieces of news for Overwatch, one was a new animated short called "Shooting Star". This one features everybody's favorite gamer girl, D.Va.

And much in the vein of the other animated shorts, its rather depressing, but it gives us a little back story on Hannah Song and why she is in the MEKA. 

The second piece of news is a new map, based on the "Shooting Star" animated short. D.Va's home city of Busan. 

Its going to be a control point map that is separated into 3 sections; Sanctuary, Downtown, D.Va's Meka Base.

I personally love control point maps, they seem to vary wildly in balance though, from Hanamura to having to rework Horizon Lunar Colony cause it was so damn hard for attackers.
