Action Sports Game Roller Champions Cinematic Trailer From UbiSoft

Upcoming from UbiSoft's Montreal studio is Roller Champions, a free-to-play 3v3 sports game. With the ability to ride walls, teams must complete one lap before attempting to score a goal. Subsequent laps completed can lead to a higher score, but beware. If you lose possession of the ball, the laps reset and the net total is lost.

Blending the high energy of roller derby, rugby, and racing, this looks like a pretty unique take on PvP sports.

The first team to 7 wins. Roller Champions will feature crossplay, your avatars can be fully customized, and the more wins you total under your belt, the larger your crowds become. Initially planned to release in early 2021 during its reveal at E3 2019, UbiSoft delayed its release to May 25 2022.

Roller Champions will be free-to-play on Google Stadia, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC (via UbiSoft Store), as well as mobile devices. An unnamed future date is set for access on the Nintendo Switch.
