I have predicted that DragonBall Fighters Z is going to be the new hype fighting game of 2017 and that it's going to blow Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite out of the water. Well, that prediction has come one step further with this character leak.

Who is it? Well..... 

Android 17.

According to Chuck Huber, who provides the American voice to Android 17 in the anime, he was in the studio recording his voice lines for the game.

At a convention in Florida, a fan had asked him if he has done any recording in preparation for his character's appearance in DragonBall Super. He replied with. 

"I haven’t done Dragon Ball Super, but I have done my lines for FighterZ.” 

When told that his character isn't in the game “Whoops" and noted that he didn't have to sign an NDA.

With Gamescom just around the corner in Germany, and with ArkSys already saying that there will be an "enhanced" version playable at the event which is confirmed to contain Future Trunks, Piccolo, and Krillin in the build. Will it also have Android 17 in the build? There is rumors of 2 fighters being revealed at Gamescom this year. Can we assume that Android 17 is one of them? And if he is, is Android 18 going to be the other? If this is all true, then we are at 10 characters for DragonBall Fighters Z and it also confirms the question of whether or not there will be American voices in the game, something that ArkSys doesn't really do. I'm assuming that Funimation is handling the American voice acting.
