We here at Game Fix got some early deets about some upcoming free offerings courtesy of PlayStation Plus to break in the new year. This is predating the official announcement, of course, as these games were leaked once again by a viable source that hasn't been wrong yet. Sure, leaks are to be taken with a grain of salt, it's been five straight months of correctly projected leaks from Dealabs, a French forum/sales/discussion site. That's not a trend, it has to be intentional, if I were to wager.

The games projected to come in January, for the PS4 and PS5, Danish studio Ghostship Games' four-player co-op shooter Deep Rock Galactic and the off-road arcade-style racer DIRT 5. And exclusively for the PlayStation 4, a Dynasty Warriors inspired spin-off to the JRPG smash hit Persona 5, it's Persona 5 Strikers. 

These games will likely be announced Wednesday, and will be available January 4.

Deep Rock Galactic
