In the wake of Obsidian's backyard open world crafting adventure having eclipsed more than 5 million players, the game's largest update is set to expand the playing field even further by introducing the underwater setting of the Koi Pond. The new location boasts swimming mechanics that will allow for greater exploration opportunities, new crafting recipes, and new enemies like Diving Bell Spiders, Tadpoles, Water Boatmen, and the eponymous and imposing Koi.

New crafting items include the Slime Lantern, Bone Trident, Pebblet Dagger, Gill Tube Rebreather and much more, to help increase the survival chances down in the pond. With today being the launch of the Xbox Series X|S, Grounded is now optimized to run on both consoles at 60fps full 4K support. 

Grounded is available on the Xbox Series X, Series S, Xbox One, and now on Xbox Game Preview, Xbox Game Pass, Windows 10 Store, and Steam Early Access for $29.99
