Warner Bros. Pictures Group just made a huge announcement regarding their 2021 film line up.

The entirety of their 2021 movie line up, will stream exclusively to HBO Max for one month. The best part? It's at no extra cost.

The line up will still get a theatrical release. For those who don't or can't go to the theater, will be able to watch WB's entire line up in the comfort of their home.

There is a lot of movies on this list also, big movies. We already know about Wonder Woman '84 coming out Christmas Day. There is also; Tom & Jerry, The Suicide Squad, Matrix 4, Dune, Godzilla vs Kong, Mortal Kombat, Space Jam: A New Legacy, and a lot more.

After the month, the movies will only remain in theaters.

Ann Sarnoff, WarnerMedia Chair and CEO said in a statement.

We’re living in unprecedented times which call for creative solutions, including this new initiative for the Warner Bros. Pictures Group. No one wants films back on the big screen more than we do. We know new content is the lifeblood of theatrical exhibition, but we have to balance this with the reality that most theaters in the U.S. will likely operate at reduced capacity throughout 2021.

Disney+ also did this with their live action remake of Mulan. However, instead of having it for free for all subs, they decided to charge $30 for it.

This new hybrid distribution model maybe the new way that media gets to the public. With the pandemic still in full swing, a lot of movie studios don't see regulations letting up any time soon and with theaters closing their doors one by one. This could potentially be the future of the industry.

All eyes are on Wonder Women '84 now.
