I am not a big horror person, never have been. Most traditional horror is jump scares or "slasher" movies. I don't like these kinds of horror. I personally enjoy "psychological" horror. Stuff like "In the Mouth of Madness" and "The Number 23". 

However, one of my favorite horror movies ever was "Stephen King's IT". I have read the book, I have watched the original made for TV movie (the one with Tim Curry) and I have seen the 2017 remake. I loved the remake. Its one of my top favorite movies ever.  

While the book and the original TV movie jumped back and forth between the kids and the adults. The remake did not. They made it two separate movies, which I agree with. It allowed the movie to develop characters a lot better, it enabled us to see more of Pennywise the Clown and to see just how messed up this character is. We got to know the personalities of the main children. 

We knew that a second movie was coming, we just didn't know when. Today, the official Warn Bros Youtube channel has released the first teaser for "IT Chapter Two" and it looks amazing. 

The movie takes place 27 years after the original. The "Losers Club" have all grown up and moved away, until a phone call brings them back to the town they grew up in. 

IT Chapter Two stars James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, and Bill Hader. With Bill Sharsgard returning as Pennywise the Clown. It will be released on September 6, 2019. 

I cannot wait.
