Konami Releases Castlevania: Dominus Collection On Modern Platforms, Along With Haunted Castle Revisited

Three new (old) Castlevania titles are redistributed by Konami, bringing back classic battles against the forces of the night. Directed by Koji Igarashi (the creator of the Castlevania spiritual successor Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night), these castle-crawling action games were originally released on the Nintendo DS, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, and Order of Ecclesia. This latest collection follows 2021's Advance Collection.

Along with these search action titles, highly regarded for their advancements in variables and combat, is a remaster of the arcade classic, Haunted Castle. Originally released in arcades in 1987, it's the second ever game in the Castlevania series. The quest follows series hero Simon Belmont on a journey to save his wife from Dracula. Developed by M2, who has handled all of Konami's Castlevania collections thus far, Revisited features new visuals and a re-balanced difficulty, as it has been legendary for being a very tough coin-op quarter muncher.

Castlevania: Dominus Collection is available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series family of consoles, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam)
