Yes, you read right! The newest Overwatch character Orisa, character #24, is live....although you can not initially use her in competitive mode. Overwatch principal designer Scott Mercer made this announcement on the Overwatch forums...

     When patch 1.9 releases tomorrow, Orisa will not initially be available for Competitive Play. We want to give players some time to learn about and play Orisa before she's placed into the crucible of Competitive Play.

He went on by saying the she'll still be available in Quick Play, the Arcade, custom games, and Play vs. AI. I absolutely appreciate that too, thank you Blizzard!
