This has been a huge Overwatch day. So lets begin. 

The Leak
The above image is a screen cap from the Mexican Overwatch Community leader. Notice something strange about his character play time? 

I know what you are thinking. "Why is the villain from the Mega Man X franchise in Overwatch?" I assure you, this has no relation to Mega Man X... well I can't confirm that honestly. But I do know is this is Hero 31. We know nothing about this character. Rumor has it that he is supposed to be a tank hero, maybe with the organization Talon - the "big bads" in the Overwatch universe. I can't even confirm that honestly as we were supposed to get a Talon tank 3 characters ago. 

Jeff sat down with former OWL Dallas Fuel and current streamer Seagull for a 1 on 1 talk. During the interview, Seagull asked him about Sigma. You can listen to that clip here. 

I would like to point of the "this is going to be a very exciting week for Overwatch". We had the role queue announced today also (more on that below). But what would be the other big announcement? Could we be getting a confirmation on Sigma this week? 

The Other Big Announcement

Role Queue is now a thing in Overwatch. 

What is Role Queue? 

You can now queue up for whatever role you want to queue up for. So if you like being a tank, you can queue as a tank, if you want to heal, etc. This also brings us to the other big thing. All 3 roles will have their own SR rating. Which means you will have to do placements for all 3 roles. The good part is, it's not longer 10 games. It's now 5 games. 

Jeff also said that this current season of competitive is going to end sooner than usual, and next competitive season is going to be a shorter season to test the role queue. They are expecting issues with this, and will address bugs accordingly.
