Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can get prepared for a new twist on a classic by bringing Bandai Namco's arcade icon to the world of battle royale. Following the suit of Tetris 99 and the recently decommissioned Mario35, PAC-MAN 99 integrates the maze crawling into a 99-way player vs player mayhem! 

PAC-MAN 99 introduces "Jammer Pac-Man". By creating a Ghost Train and making the line longer, the more Jammer Pac-Man can be sent to your opponent's screen, which can slow down your movement speed if you touch them. Using strategies like speeding up, slowing opponents down, or sending more Jammers their way to stay ahead.

Downloadable custom themes from other Bandai Namco titles like Dig-Dug, Xevious, GALAGA, and more that will change the look of the game, as well as the sound effects, can be purchased. These battle royale twists do a great job of breathing some creative spins in familiar franchises.

PAC-MAN 99 goes live April 7 at 6pm PST for NSO members. This is the first third party Nintendo Switch exclusive game.
