PC players rejoice! It has been officially announced that the Rockstar epic, Red Dead Redemption II is finally coming to the PC platform - and it's coming sooner than expected. 

November 5th Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on Rockstar Games Launcher. The PC version is going to also see some enhancements over it console brother. Graphical updates and technical enhancements, along with more story mode content. 

PC will also be getting Red Dead Online. 

Pre-purchasing the title on the Rockstar Launcher between October 9th thru October 22nd will also allow you to pick 2 other Rockstar PC titles from the list below; 

  • Grand Theft Auto III
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
  • Bully: Scholarship Edition
  • L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition
  • Max Payne 3: The Complete Edition 

That's not all. Pre-purchasing the title will also grant you a free upgrade to the "Premium Edition" and both the "Special" and "Ultimate" editions are discounted by $20 each. 

But that's not all! If you pre-purchase of the editions mentioned above will grant you a bunch of in game content (listed below);

  • Outlaw Survival Kit for Story Mode
  • War Horse for Story Mode
  • Treasure Map for Story Mode
  • Cash Bonus for Story Mode
  • 50 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online

On October 23rd, you can also pre-purchase the title on any other digital gaming store front (Epic Games, Greenman Gaming, Humble Store, and Gamestop). While you won't get all of the bonuses listed above, you will be getting 25 gold bars for Red Dead Online. 

It is also coming to Steam in December, but a solid release date wasn't announced and perks haven't been officially announced as of yet. 

If you plan on purchasing Google Stadia, Red Dead Redemption 2 is also going to be a launch title for that system.  

I also would like to note. If you haven't done it already. If you down load the Rockstar Launcher right now (up until October 8th) you will get GTA: San Andreas for free. 

For anybody who hasn't played this game yet, now is a great time with the potential of 3 free games. Yes, they are older games, but hey free is free.

This is very exciting news for PC fans who haven't already played it on consoles and it's coming to everything! So there is zero excuse to not experience this amazing title.
