'Right Hand Man' Billy Kane Joins Fatal Fury: City Of Wolves Initial Roster

Geese Howard's bodyguard and attendant Billy Kane (voiced by Chris Sharpes) is officially confirmed for the upcoming Fatal Fury: City of Wolves roster. The bo staff-wielding "Right Hand of the Emperor", who has always been a daunting obstacle for the Bogard brothers for years. Granted, since his job was mostly for money, his animosity towards Terry has softened into more of a rivalry. He's friends with Terry's girlfriend, Blue Mary, a regular of the agents team in King of Fighters, so his alignment at this point in Fatal Fury canon may be leaning towards neutral.

This latest trailer released by SNK highlights a lot of Billy's signature attacks (the Senpuu Kon and Sansetsu Kon Chuudan). Billy has always been a zoning style character in the Fatal Fury and King of Fighters games, utilizing his rangey poke attacks and nimbleness to keep opponents guessing. The aforementioned Senpuu Kon serves as a bread-and-butter combo finisher and an anti-air attack that's difficult to cross-up.

His appearance remains fairly similar to past KOF games, with the most notable change being the omission of the Union Jack bandanna he has donned in every title he's appeared in thus far. With Geese dead in the Fatal Fury canon (for now) and the Howard Connection currently run by Kain Heinlein (Geese's half brother), it will be interesting to see where fate carries the British bodyguard.

Fatal Fury: City of Wolves is expected to launch in 2025 for the Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PS4, Steam, and The Epic Games Store.
