Take this with a grain of salt, but with the recent trend of PlayStation exclusives like Death Stranding and Horizon Zero Dawn making their way to PC, the talks about whether or not the 2018 Game of the Year winner would eventually become the latest to make the conversion.

During content creator Rand Al Thor 19's recent episode of The Xbox Two podcast, a topic was brought up regarding the Xbox Series X July Games Showcase and big surprises, and co-host tech writer/insider Jez Corden (after the 2:05:59 mark) mutters "*cough* God of War on PC in August *cough*. This shortly after caused a bit of a stir that Rand Al Thor had to clarify on Twitter after the show, stating that he himself had no actual info to confirm if this is true.

It's true that a possible PC port of God of War was shot down back in March of this year, but it's also possible to not rule anything out. With the success of the two aforementioned titles, it makes sense for Sony to export these high in demand games to PC to broaden their appeal. With the PlayStation 5 mere months away and the mentality is shifting gamers to their latest piece of hardware, this could look good on their portfolio to push more unit sales.

Possibly more on this to follow in the coming weeks, but with nothing officially confirmed, who knows?
