Three AEW Games Are Set To Be Announced *updated*

Update: The three leaked games have been confirmed. No release date given on the console title or the AEW: Elite General Manager game, but the Casino Double or Nothing title will be released this winter.

Also please note, that the General Manager and the Casino Double or Nothing titles are both mobile games.

It was also confirmed that Yuke's Co. will be working on the console title. The console title will be a "WWF No Mercy" style wrestling game and it will launch for X1, PS4, XS, and PS5. No confirmation on PC or Switch releases.

Kenny Omega suggested to follow their social medias for any more and updated information on the titles.

You can watch the entire show here. Honestly, watch it. It was rather comical with everybody dressed up like Steve Jobs.

You can read the original story below.

Ahead of the AEW Games Special Event that is supposed to be happening tonight at 6 PM. Three games have been leaked online.

An untitled console game by developer Yuke's Co. The same developer who has been doing the WWE games for the last 18 years. Yuke's relationship ended with WWE 2K19

We are also getting an AEW Elite General Manager game, and an AEW Casino: Double or Nothing title.

At the post-show media scrum for the last AEW PPV - AEW Full Gear. AEW President Tony Khan confirmed that the first two titles are on the way.

I can't say too much, We're making multiple games. We're working on more than one game in AEW Games and we're going to cater to different platforms. We're going to cater to different kinds of games and different interests. I think we'll put a title out, a console game that's best in class [for a] console game. We're really excited about it. We have some big surprises to come in 2020.

Kenny Omega, a wrestler and executive vice president of AEW who has been working with developers on an AEW game. He has come out and said that modern wrestling games are "missing something compared to the classics".

For me it's a feeling of actually performing a match, It's a feeling of impact with each maneuver. I also feel that, a big thing with No Mercy was that when you did a maneuver by a particular wrestler, the way it was performed and the way it the opponent received the move looked perfect in every single animation. That's because the artists back then, they weren't using green screens, they weren't using MoCap they were actually manipulating joints frame by frame by frame by frame while watching tape of said performer doing that maneuver to an actual opponent.

We have a few short hours to go before we find out if this leak is real or not.

Personally, I haven't been this excited for a wrestling game in years.
