NeatherRealm Studios rolled out hearty pallets of information for the Upcoming Mortal Kombat 1 during San Diego Comic Con. The day one roster appears to be fleshing out, along with the official confirmation of the long speculated guest characters. 

With the two trailers, fans got to see the return of Tanya and Li Mei (Kelly Hu returns to voice her, after previously portraying D'Vorah in Mortal Kombat X and 11) of the Umgadi, a tribe of warrior priestesses, and the leader of nomadic Tarkatans Baraka. The trailer goes over the strife among Li Mei and Tanya, and the cursed existence of the Tarkata.

In the second trailer, Ermac, Takeda, and Quan Chi are revealed, along with the Suicide Squad adversary and DC antagonist Peacmaker, Homelander from The Boys, and Invincible's nearly indestructible Omni-Man, all a part of Kombat Pack 1. The three guest characters are known for their savage brutality, making them an adequate fit for the Mortal Kombat universe.
