90's-inspired Survival Horror Game 'Alisa' To Launch On Switch, Xbox, And PlayStation As A Director's Cut

With the retro gaming enthusiasm still booming, fans may show interest in a game that takes heavy influence from 3D survival horror games from the late 90's, like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. Initially launching on PC/Steam in 2021, Alisa; the Director's Cut will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation family of consoles next month.

Developed by Casper Croes and published by Top Hat Studios, you play as the titular character, an elite Royal Agent who finds herself pulled into a Victorian-style mansion full of strange mechanized inhabitants while pursuing a wanted criminal. Utilizing pre-rendered backgrounds and controls reminiscent of yesteryear, equip dresses and armor to boost your parameters and variables against your adversaries.

In tone with the retro style, Alisa also features an incredibly cheesy script and intentionally stilted dialogue, paying homage to the laughably memorable lines that became memes today. You can even switch between classic "tank controls" or a more modern style. The Director's Cut will come with all of the updates of the PC version, along with other quality of life adjustments.

Alisa: The Director's Cut will be coming to the PlayStation 5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch February 6th 2024.
