Is the above image a leak from the newest Assassin's Creed game?

A recent leak on 4chan suggests that the newest Assassin's Creed title is going to be called "Ragnarok" and will take circa 800 BC. in parts of England and Scandinavia. You play the role of Viking assassin named "Jora" who ventures throughout the first civilization. The plot is going to revolve heavily around Norse mythology. You will also be exploring Asgard & Jottuneim and bumped into Norse mythological characters like Loki and Odin. 

It's going to play like the previous AC games and rely on RPG elements - much like Origins and Odyssey. The game is also supposed to reintroduce the NPC recruiting mechanic that was front and center in the Brotherhood game. 

You will also be using a boat to travel, but leaks suggest that naval combat isn't its primary focus this time around. 

The issue with the leak is. 

The Assassin's Creed franchise has always pulled its lore from real world events and times. If this takes place in 800 BC and you are supposed to be exploring Britain it doesn't make sense since the Vikings didn't come to Britain until around 800 AD. It maybe a typo or it maybe a mix up with another Ubisoft title Gods & Monsters which actually takes place in 800 BC. 

A few months ago there was another Assassin's Creed leak, but that leak suggested the newest game was titled "Legion" and was supposed to carry the legacy of the Origins and Odyssey timeline. You were supposed to play as a descendant of either the Origins or the Odyssey character and was supposed to take place around 169 AD in Rome after the reign of Marcus Aurelius.   

Whatever the title is going to be, it's supposed to be announced in February of next year at a PlayStation event with a release date in the fall of 2020. Which would put it right around the release of the PS5. Ubisoft has planned for a multi-generation release with this title. 

That's all we know so far. I will try to keep up to date on information, but like with any leak. Grain of salt here folks.
