FromSoftware and Bandai Namco have made an announcement that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 servers March 31st 2024, two weeks after the 10 year anniversary of its release date. Armored Core: Verdict Day's servers will also be decommissioned on the same day. 

Due to aging of the servers, online services for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of "DARK SOULS II" will be discontinued on March 31, 2024 (Sunday). Please check the link for details. Thank you for your continued patronage since 2014.

Asynchronous features that will be removed as a result of this will be bloodstains, messages, and shades throughout. Naturally, online play will become inaccessible. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game will not be affected for the time being.
