Earlier this week, LEGO and Nintendo gave us an Animal Crossing teaser... With the success of Nintendo's Super Mario LEGO sets, it was only a matter of time before another IP made its way to the plastic blocks. 

It seems we can at least expect eight Animal Crossing character mini-figs as the teaser showed but everything else remains a mystery. No official release date has been shared so far. The LEGO website has a placeholder page that we're sure will be updated as more information is released.
