I used to love the old Nicktoons, and Rocko's Modern Life was simply amazing. It was aimed at a younger crowd, but it also had a very adult vibe to it.
Well, we will be able to relive this starting next month when Netflix brings us two nostalgia filled cartoons back, but this time in movie form.
August 9th is the premier of everybody's favorite wallaby, Rocko.
After 20 years in space, Rocko returns to a technologically advanced O-Town and makes it his mission to get his favorite show back on the air. The 90's have never looked better - Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling arrives August 9, only on Netflix!
And on August 16th comes everybody's favorite alien invader, Zim.
Zim discovers his almighty leaders never had any intention of coming to Earth and he loses confidence in himself for the first time in his life, which is the big break his human nemesis, Dib has been waiting for. Netflix and Nickelodeon's Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus, from creator Jhonen Vasquez, will release globally on August 16th, 2019.
Seeing both of these brings a lot of faith that Netflix's adaption of the live action version of Avatar: The Last Airbender may actually be amazing.
I am very excited to watch both of these when they premier.
This has been James with Game Fix. Game on everybody!
