It's a new Samurai Showdown game. Samurai Spirits is what the series is called in Japan, and it seems this may be a reboot of sorts with them just not using the "Showdown".

It's a little under two months from the October 19th release date of Soulcalibur VI and boy do we have some news. A new trailer came out today, showcasing a story mode, called "Libra Of Souls".
