Activision and Platinum, the guys who brought us the latest Transformers game, seem to be keeping the 80's cartoon cel-shaded style in their upcoming take on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Betas are fun. They're exciting. They're sometimes exclusive. But recently, the only way to ensure you get to participate is to pay for the game before it's released.

Shortly after officially announcing the $600 price tag for the Oculus Rift, the first round of pre-orders has sold out. It took 14 minutes. Pre-ordered Rifts will ship in March, while all other orders afterwards won't start shipping until May.
