Sony Vs The World *UPDATED*

You will remember a few years ago when Rocket League made its way onto the X-Box One platform the developers, Psyonix, were asked about cross play between the consoles and PC.

We’re actively working on cross-platform party support for a 2018 release.

When interviewed at last year's E3, Vice President of Psyonix Jeremy Dunham said.

I think without cross-network play you’re…

OWL Stage 4 Week 4 Results and Standings

Second to last week for the stage and for the season. And here is where it starts to get confusing and interesting at the exact same time.

Both NYXL and the LA Valiant have secured Division title spots guaranteeing them a spot in the finals and getting a bye in the first round. That leaves 4 other teams in contention for spots. Boston, despite doing horrible…

OWL Stage 4 Week 3 Results And Standings.

We are counting down the final weeks for the Season 1 of the Overwatch League. This week held the last match in the continuing sage for the Battle of Los Angeles. I love these matches personally, since it brings out the very best in the fans them self. With both sides cheering their preferred team. The stadium can get very loud.

The Dragons are still looking…

OWL Stage 4 Week 2 Results and Standings

Week 2 of the final stage of Overwatch League has come and gone. A lot of teams have adapted to the new meta and the ones who haven't have been losing points.

One of Houston's biggest problems in OWL was they didn't have a great Tracer player. They ran a very anti-dive comp, but just didn't have an answer to a team running a Tracer. The best counter to a…

OWL Stage 4 Week 1 Results and Standings

This is the final stage in the inaugural season of Overwatch League.

The meta has shifted. Brigitte has been released. This stage is running on patch 1.22, which means no Hanzo changes or Brigitte nerfs.

Its adapt or die time. Some teams, like the NYXL and The San Fran Shock have shown that even though Brigitte is the answer against dive comps. If you…

WoW Gold Worth A Small Fortune?

World of Warcraft. Fun right? With a new expansion on the way in September and content being released every month between now and then. WoW has made the news for something other than its spiking sub numbers.

According to Fortune, the Bolivar, the official currency of the country Venezuela, is worth less - yes less - than the very fake currency in World of…

Nintendo Announced, No Virtual Console For The Switch

The Virtual Console. Nintendo's in house emulator that was first brought to us on the Wii platform and then continued onto the Wii-U and 3DS line of consoles, has now been announced for the Nintendo Switch.

And by "announcement" I mean "Nintendo has confirmed that the Switch isn't getting a Virtual Console".

Many speculated that Nintendo was going to…

OWL Stage 3 Week 5 Results and Standings

Stage 3 is all set and done. The Boston Uprising are undefeated in Stage 3, the first ever occurrence of such a feat. They're not only undefeated, but they are also the first team to beat all 3 Korean powerhouse teams in one stage. They also broke the NYXL win streak from last Stage. They got to choose their team in round 1 of the playoffs. But before we get to that,…

OWL Stage 3 Week 4 Results and Standings

I'm back for another week of OWL goodness. This is the second to last week of Stage 3 and the Boston Uprising are still the number 1 team in the Stage (second place overall). I don't see them losing at all, and I predict that they are going to take the stage finals. You heard it here first.

The Dragons actually showed some promise on Saturday, taking their…

OWL Stage 3 Week 3 Results And Standings

Wow.... that is all I can say. We have at the half way point of Stage 3 already, and still having huge games. From the Battle of Los Angeles to Boston beating both NYXL & Seoul in the same week, to the Outlaws bringing it back after their pair of disappointing losses from week 2 to the San Fran Shock with a huge upset win against the Fusion. I really think Fusion…

OWL Stage 3 Week 2 Results And Standings

Week 2 of Stage 3 is behind us. With a lot of the teams changing their rosters, the results are mixed. The Dragons seem to be doing a lot better having changed out almost their entire starting line up. They still haven't gotten the victory, but they have been taking maps and their losses haven't looked as bad as they were previously. The Valiant started the Stage…

The Nintendo Switch dominated most of 2017, in sales and in games. With a lot of developers jumping onto the Switch bandwagon, it only makes sense that some games that you wouldn't expect to make the jump, are.

Fighting On The Board

I am a big fan of games, be it video games or board games. I play a variety of games, every thing from Magic The Gathering to Settlers of Cantan.

I got an interesting email the other day from a friend of mine telling me of a new board game, currently on Kickstarter.

If you are not familiar with Kickstarter, its a way for creators and developers alike to crowd fund their dream projects. A lot of great games have come from crowd funding, and a lot of turds.

The game in…
